Had a coompund fracture of both my Tibia and Fibula 4 weeks ago. Greatly missing the exercise (rode about 200 miles a week before the accident). Will be running out to walmart for the hand cycle and taking in your other tips too since I still have 4 more weeks of no load bearing activity. I too love my shower chair for stability.
