I loved reading your story. I am 50, and I broke my tib and fib March 21 while downhill skiing, and I just got off the crutches and the Velcro air splint. The doc also just removed the titanium screw he inserted in the lower left leg. I'm walking, but it really hurts. I identify with everything you said about being unable to lift the heel and the ongoing swelling. Anyway, I would love to see the exercises given to you by the PT. It might save me money having to go to a PT, although I would be willing to go. I am very active and am anxious to return to the fitness level to which I am accustomed! This site is great.
