Hi Carin. I just saw your post and diary. Amazing story. Yes, I live in the San Jose area, but actually in Milpitas, next to the great but around a mile away from it towards the mountains. You got released after only two days? I was in 3 hospitals for a total of 35 days, and 5 surgeries. Not sure why the surgeons NEVER wanted to put in rods plates and nails in me like most everybody else on this site. I think it was because I lost a huge chunk of skin from my leg and had to get a muscle tissue and skin graft, taken from my stomach. I got an external fixator put in on October 7th and still have it in for gosh knows how long. Thanks for the offer. Take Care.
