Exercises: When can I start exercising my toes and ankle after a tibial fracture?

If the fracture is treated by fixation it is important to start moving the toes and ankles as soon as possible. Obviously you don't want to compromise healing but if the fragments are held in good position movement will help reduce adhesions.
