Hi!

I think you will find you reach your goals in no time. You are doing just about the same process I went through. I was supposed to just do heel raises both feet together, but I wanted to be able to do it on one foot alone, so I just gradually shifted my weight over more and more, until I could put all my weight on just the bad foot. Then I started adding ballet poses while on the ball of my foot, of course holding on to something since I am still pretty unstable. This has all taken a couple of weeks, so I bet you surprise yourself. Motivation is everything. Check out my last PT session; I thought my therapist was crazy, but I was able to do everything he asked me. I was totally surprised by that. All the best to you; you'll be on your toes in no time and have a pretty toe point as well!
