Hi Pauline, my sympathies. One thing to check that's really simple: are your laces too tight? That's one of the most common causes of pain on the top of the foot in runners, believe it or not. It's possible that with the slightly warmer weather you need to loosen the laces a bit.

25 July start PWB in boot, 7 Aug PWB without boot. 14th Aug few steps FWB.
9 Sept 10-steps jog 25 Sept: PT says go run!
