Hey Jacquie! You're not alone! We've all been where you are, and everything you're feeling is totally normal. You'll run the whole gamut of emotions over the next few months. Depression, anger, stress, anxiety, frustration, sadness, annoyance, fear. Let it out when it comes to you, so that you can acknowledge the feeling and move past it. Even if it comes back again soon, try not to let it all bottle up inside. This forum is a great sounding board. Feel free to vent here to people who understand what you're going through, it can be very healing!
