I've posted about pain before during exercising but I'm 6 days post op since my syndesmosis screws were removed and I have a strange locking pain around the top of my ankle and a very sharp stabbing pain at the side (inside part) of my ankle.
dcb_Debra kindly referred me to a leaflet from the NHS which gives physio for ankle fractures which I have been following because thats basically all I've got. The NHS where I live haven't offered me any phsyio at all.
I have been cleared for FWB but I am scared to put any weight on my ankle. I have been standing up barefoot while I'm at the sink or just rising from my chair but I cannot see a time where I will feel able to FWB on that leg.
I have an airboot which I use when trying to full weight bear but wondering if its too soon despite what my doctor says?
I don't really know what I'm doing to be honest.
