Tilly, well done you! Very pleased to hear that the 'slow dance' is helping. Limping does improve with time, as does ability to do more. It takes time.
Remember to keep your leg elevated whenever you are sitting down, and at night, to help blood flow as you still won't be getting enough from your muscles.
Keep on wiithth the exercises as well - they do make a difference, gradually. At some point if you can afford it getting a few physio sessions would be helpful - but that will be about £35-£40 per session and might be more worthwhile a bit further on.

ORIF plate 18 June. Cast problems (allodynia) so boot from 25th but NWB.
25 July start PWB in boot, 7 Aug PWB without boot. 14th Aug few steps FWB.
9 Sept 10-steps jog 25 Sept: PT says go run!
