Take it easy and things will slowly improve. I spent 20 weeks in a full leg cast with my knee bent for 16 of them. Finally I got the cast with the heel and after i got used to it my life improved because i didn't have to rely totally on crutches. Believe me three months with you toes in the air are really miserable; count yourself lucky to be in a heel.. Pair it with a heel of equal height on the other foot to keep your gait even. How far off the floor are your toes? That should be the mid pont of the arch on the other foot. EG a three inch pump will put your arch about 2 inches of the floor. Feel free to ask for tips on living in plaster for the next three months.
