Distraction techniques work for me - reading, watching Netflix or sport, maybe a hobby or other interest?
I also found some exercises online that work out my muscles with no weight bearing involved. Simple pilates etc. That was good for endorphin release.
Mainly just realise that you have been through a really traumatic experience, something that most people would struggle to deal with. The fact you have survived a month of pain & inconvenience shows how strong you are. Keep telling yourself that & good luck
