Thatís good advice!! I used an airplane U- shaped hard neck pillow under my knee with the bottom of the U directly under the knee bend. It didnít go flat bc it was a hard (firm) pillow. And the tops of the U stood straight up, and kept the covers from laying on my knee bc even the slightest thing felt heavy on my leg. So I had a little tent for my knee/leg. Also it kept my leg from moving around or twisting to the side.
