PT a couple of weeks ago, and the strengthening exercises I have been given were tough, strictly heel to toe, bending legs, one step stretches and getting up and down from sofa sitting to standing without crutches. V. painful ankle and leg where bone broke...but.....I have persevered and.....walking much better, more confidence and strength in my foot and ankle. Happy to say the least!!!!!!!!!! And the best ever thing of all......SWIMMING for the first time since 26th July in my local pool......Stupid grin on my face and swam about 20 lengths which felt great. Fitness levels seem ok also.

I'm definately on and 'up' on my graph of recovery, it's gone up a couple of notches to recovery also.
