Sorry to hear about your injury. I've gone through recovering from a broken leg a few times and still drop in....I'm not sure how far into recovering you are, but the first few weeks may be the toughest. Getting comfortable for a long period of time may be difficult. Are you in a cast? Very often, a tightness or swelling will let you know to rest. If you are mobile, that might add to discomfort. I found that elevating several times a day for about 15 minutes --I always tried to do this at least 5 times a day--really helped with comfort levels. And I mean elevating by lying down flat on the back and placing the leg under a few pillows. The aim is to elevate just above the heart.
