 Final preperations for cast day
Longlegs    6:33pm Aug 2 2019

They came to see me this evening with a nifty portable xray machine and told me the bones inn my legs aren't yet perfectly aligned so they added a kilo to each leg's traction apparatus and started an IV running. I told them I have become terribly anxious about what will happen on Monday and couldn't sleep so they are putting an anti anxiety drug in the iv. I am told that the cast will be plaster and quite heavy so that I will be totally immobilized from my breasts to my toes (yes my girls are getting a plaster Mae West). Can only use one hand to type thanks to the IV so I will sign off till it comes out. Any tips on how to survive weeks in plaster are welcome.
