Hope youíre feeling better overall besides your hardware bother.
Iím experiencing same pains from time to time from my plates and screws and i agree with you,itís a pain in the...
First days when i started to feel them, I was very negative with the robocopish change that made to my body, imagine that many screws are actually visible and touchable in the front of my leg, under the skin. The most painful are these close to my knee, sometimes i feel like they are penetrating me on every step i make.
On the other hand iím trying to be friendly with my hardware since it is the factor that will make my bones heal. When not in pain, I imagine having a protective shield over my weak bones.
Donít worry about the future, itís a certain conclusion that from day to day we all get better,so we ďlistenĒto our bodies and make time more healing and less painful until this trip ends and becomes a story written deep inside us.
After all,iím also looking forward removing the hardware, doc told me two years least and we will see afterwards.
Best healing wishes.
