I been checking the site all day to see your update. At least you can take the boot off and clean your leg. Nothing helped with the dry skin, just exfoliant glove and warm water, I know how you feel about the stiffness, I been there, and now I'm feeling the same on my knee and it's so painful, I don't have more courage to bend my knee more, I feel like my tendons are gonna explode, but I try my best to excercise every day. You can try e45 cream, and if you can't take it to go bath use baby wipes, is good to massage the leg. I also bought a muscle stimulator in Amazon for £26 pounds, and I'm not sure if it's doing something but it's worth trying. I'll keep you updated, I can't wait to see the doctor, but I'm afraid I haven't improved.

7th of January 2020, squatting with 30kg, walk 8 mil
