I broke my tibia and started pwb on week 6, apparently pwb is very important as the bone needs to know how you step, for some reason... Anyway, when I started pwb I was so scared and it took me 4 weeks to pwb properly, at the beginning I was very scared. I remember at the beginning was swelling so muchand I needed ice everyday twice per day, then I found Turmeric supplement and no joke it helps with the swelling and pain. I been using it for few weeks and I noticed the difference.

1st of July, over 4h surgery, 2 metal plates, over 13 screws
15th August, partial weight bearing 25%
10th October, full weight bearing indoors
