Hi Kim,

Sorry to hear about your injury. Yes, at this early stage in healing, fatigue is very normal. The body focuses a lot of energy just on healing. And yes, exercise certainly is possible. But I do recommend getting approval or clearance for any exercises from your dr. I think leg lifts would be allowable. There is also stretching. And if you have crutches, even walking can serve as a good workout. I'm not sure about driving. I think there may be legal issues.
